In other words, take complete breaths as often as possible. It’s possible right now. Savor one. Really,... go ahead!

The shift experienced with even a single slow, deep, conscious breath is the Grail, a peek into the panacea. Something which, when done consistently, leads to health, effectiveness, presence, a natural wisdom, balance and peace. As purpose and mission in life, this is a primary spiritual and political act. So, breathe while you still can.

Breathe as an act of self-love. Breathe to succeed, feel fulfillment. Breathe to serve, connect, overcome, insure, accept, understand, breakthrough, begin, end, abide. Breathe for us and breathe for them.
